Author: Airsoft   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 387
Welcome to the homepage of Airsoft Softwair. Airsoft Softwair is how I call myself when writing programs, mainly for the Amiga computer. It formerly was a group of several Amiga users but they all moved to the PC so I am the only one left doing something under the name Airsoft Softwair. On this homepage you can find nearly all the things I've done for the Amiga computer and also some small programs for x86 PCs. You will also find all of my Shareware programs and the possibility to order them online. The famous The Best Of Airsoft Softwair Gold Edition CD-ROM can also be ordered from this homepage. Feel free to sign the guestbook and enjoy your visit on my homepage for the Amiga community now!

  AmiAuth
Author: Simon Dick (Sidick)   Verified: Aug 03, 2026   id: 2246
A native two-factor authentication (2FA) code generator for classic AmigaOS. AmiAuth implements TOTP (RFC 6238) and HOTP (RFC 4226): it stores multiple accounts, generates 6- or 8-digit codes with a live countdown, and — critically for the platform — solves the accurate-time problem that TOTP depends on. Small, self-contained, and designed to run on anything from a stock 68000 A500 up to an accelerated or emulated machine.

  Amiga Disassemblies
  Author:   Verified: Sep 11, 2026   id: 5190
Ah, the bad old days, before Linux, when a hacker who really wanted to get into the guts of a system had to reverse-engineer it. I had an Amiga and the operating system was in my opinion the best available on a consumer microcomputer at the time, but I didn't like it that much. {...} Anyway. In 1989 I knew I'd be writing my own SCSI device driver sooner or later, and, to really get a feel for what was going on, I started to disassemble the OS kernel (known as the "exec") to see how the I/O functions worked. That was pretty interesting - I had just taken a real time OS course at university, and here was a real live one to take apart - so I ended up disassembling the entire exec.

  AMIGA GUARDIAN 1.0
Author: CopperByte Games   Verified: Sep 29, 2026   id: 6093
Amiga Guardian is a snapshot and recovery utility exclusively for the Commodore Amiga — think System Restore on Windows or Time Machine on the Mac, finally on the machine that deserved it first. WHAT IT DOES Guardian takes a snapshot of the files you tell it to look after, and puts them back exactly as they were — a single file, a drawer, or an entire drive. The point is to make trying things safe. Install a program, edit your Startup-Sequence, let an installer do whatever installers do — and if it goes wrong, go back to the snapshot and the machine is as it was.

  AmiGuard
  Author:   Verified: Sep 12, 2026   id: 6013
AmiGuard is an open-source antivirus for classic Amiga systems, targeting AmigaOS / Kickstart 1.2+ and Motorola 68000. To build trustworthy detections, we need authentic historical samples that can be analyzed and verified safely. Why we are asking for samples? We do not want to guess. A named virus should only produce an INFECTED verdict after its detection has been backed by an actual sample, independent analysis, clean-corpus regression testing, and native Amiga runtime qualification.

  amiwm
Author: Marcus   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 336
amiwm is an X window manager that tries to make your display look and feel like an Amiga Workbench screen. It is fully functional and can do all the usual window manager stuff, like moving and resizing windows. The purpose of amiwm is to make life more pleasant for Amiga-freaks like myself who has/wants to use UNIX workstations once in a while. It can also be used on the Amiga with the AmiWin X server, although this part needs some more work.

  Avalanche Revolution is Here!
  Author:   Verified: Oct 03, 2026   id: 6090
Avalanche is an unarchiver GUI using the ReAction toolkit for AmigaOS3.2 and 4.1. It supports xad, xfd and Deark so can extract and decrunch most files it encounters. Any unsupported files can be added via a xad module. Version 4 represents a large GUI refresh. The file selector and buttons have been replaced by a unified toolbar, taking up less space and presenting a cleaner more modern design. These can use both internal four colour images or external AISS (or AISSClassic) full colour imagery.

  Buttonbank
Author: Andrew Holt   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 348
Buttonbank is another program launch tool for the Amiga. I wrote it as a project to learn programming using AmigaE. I know there are loads of launchers available but I wanted to write one that was easy to use and set up. I, like many other Amiga users do not have graphics cards or expensive monitors that can display flickerless laced screens.
