Telegram on Amiga: Diary of an MTProto Client in C
Author: Michele Dipace   Verified: Aug 03, 2026   id: 2285
Telegram Amiga starts from a simple, slightly stubborn question: can you build a real, text-only Telegram client on Amiga-like systems in 2026, without turning it into a screenshot demo?

  The AHI/PPC project status log
Author: Martin Blom   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 1969
The AHI/PPC project status log. 2002-11-07 - Yes, ideed, today is November 7th, not July 11th. Anyway, I've been asked to clarify one thing regarding the PPC version of AHI. There will be no WarpUp version, nor will there be any PowerUp version. The reason is that neither of these two systems allow PPC code to be invoked from within an interrupt¹, which is an absolute requirement for AHI. The current PPC version is for MorphOS only. In the future, I hope to have an AmigaOS 4 version as well.

  The Amiga Alternative Audio Page
Author: Kirk Strauser   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 182
This is the new combined RealAudio-and-Lame home page. Much of the information was redundant, so this made a lot more sense. Contains info on LAME MP3 Encoder, and Real Audio Support!! This time we have yet another newcomer .. Ogg Vorbis, the audio codec that will conquer the world ("What are we going to do tonight Brain? The same thing we do every night Pinky .. Conquer The World!"). GOOD Link!!!

  The Frying Pan
Author: The Black Suns   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 2121
Frying Pan is a tool for all the CDR and CDRW owners, who use their hardware for something more than just reading CDs ;). Intentionally Frying Pan is a tool that uses Your device to burn discs and/or read them back. So far Frying Pan is in early beta stage, but seems to be more and more operational :). Frying Pan uses lowlevel SCSI-II commands to control so-called "multimedia controllers" [CD, DVD a.s.o.], therefore it should be compatible with all the IDE-SCSI and SCSI MMCs produced so far. If it's compatible with Your burner and is not listed here, please let me know so that I put it where it should be :).

  The KingCON Project
  Author: http://wwwSir DOS-Vandal   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 352
KingCON is a console-handler (text terminal, sort of) for the Commodore Amiga, that replaces the one that is shipped with the system. (For those of you who aren't familiar with the Amiga, KingCON has very much the same function as XTerm on UNIX-platforms.) The standard console-handler, CON, is quite good, but lacks some very important features, that KingCON implements, while trying to obtain 100% compability at the same time:

  The Legend of the Elves
Author: Peter Armann and Gary Walkden   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 1742
The Legend of the Elves is an adventure game for the Amiga computer in the same style as games like Monkey Island and Simon the Sorcerer. It has taken 4 years to get as far as we have done. The game is complete in as far as the whole of Part 1 of the story is finished. There never will be a Part 2, but the game is still a very enjoyable adventure game to play. And, best of all, it's free, so why don't you download it today?

  The Oberon and Amiga Page
Author: Ralf Degner   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 605
What is Oberon? Oberon is both a programming language and an operating system developed by Prof. N. Wirth and J. Gutknecht at the ETH Zurich. The programming language Oberon is an evolution of the well known predecessors Pascal and Modula-2. Oberon features the established principles of separate compilation with strong type checking even across module boundaries. The module concept provides for information hiding. In contrast to Modula-2, the definition modules are not explicit, but generated automatically by a Browser tool. The browser operates on the compiler respresentation of the module interface.

  The Official InstallerNG Homepage
Author: Jens Tröger   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 1355
The InstallerNG will be an integral part of the new AmigaOS4 and MorphOS. What's this thing about. First, you need an Amiga Computer for this tool. Furthermore, the Amiga must run at least version 2.1+ of the operating system. Every Amiga user knows the Installer tool, distributed with the system. Well, the idea is nice, but the Installer became a pretty old thing during the last years. Thus, in 1997 I decided to rewrite the entire tool and the result is the InstallerNG, which you can get here.

It's strange that the best the AMIGA game of the century wasn't released until 1999. But here it is: Super Bob Dylan. If you are a happy owner of an original AMIGA, you should definetly download the original version of this marvelous game. But, if you are one of those filthy traitors, who, using UAE, turn your pc into a weak shadows of the real thing, you should download the very special amiga-emulator edition.
