  Ncode
Author: Andre Osterhues   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 1967
Ncode is a brand new freeware MP3 encoder. It generates high-quality MP3 files and supports MS-Stereo (aka joint-stereo). You can even define MP3-TagIDs. Please do not use other MP3 encoders (such as 8hz-mp3 or musicin) as they contain many, many bugs that affect the quality. The difference in quality between Ncode and most other freeware encoders is amazing.

  ODFileSystem
  Author:   Verified: Oct 10, 2026   id: 6104
A modern open-source Amiga CDFileSystem replacement with support for ISO 9660, Rock Ridge, Joliet, UDF, HFS, HFS+, High Sierra and CDDA virtual audio tracks. ODFileSystem is a read-only optical-disc filesystem driver for Amiga systems. It is implemented as an AmigaDOS handler frontend with clean backend plugins for the various optical-disc formats it supports, allowing it to mount and browse CD-ROM, DVD, Blu-ray, and image-based media. The project also includes host-side tools and tests so most parser and cache logic can be developed and validated outside an Amiga environment.

  Official AmigAIM Website
Author: Richard H. Poser II   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 1477
Introduction to AmigAIM. AmigAIM is a client to connect to America Online's AIM service, it is currently limited to what has been devined about the system from careful research of the AIM system by the author and others. AmigAIM allows links to be opened in Amiga web browsers by using either OpenURL.library, or by setting a custom script in External Preferences. Current ongoing research includes, but isn't limited to chat modes and file transfer capabilities. Server stored buddy list routines have been worked out, and are being looked at for a future release. File transfer capability has been figured out, and I have code that can handle it, but that will take some time to add to the current system.
