  Fusion3.2, Ethernet & Genesis
Author: Ian Armstrong   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 2132
Hopefully, the following instructions will allow your Mac emulation to use an ethernet card which doesn't work properly with Fusion (.i.e. X-Surf), and both the Amiga and the Mac to share the link. It must be noted that Genesis does not do NAT, and what you are doing is creating a whole new subnet on your existing network for the emulated machine. Once you have completed the setup, you will have multiple IP addresses on your Amiga.

GAGE - Golden Amiga Games Encyclopedia
  Author: Dr.Zarkov   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 1827
The Golden (or Great, Growing, Glossy, Galvanic ;-) Amiga Games Encyclopedia originally started in AmigaGuide form with the goal to list all Amiga Games that were compatible with AGA and 68020+ Amigas. But, because so much games didn't work on upgraded machines, I (Dr.Zarkov) started testing them with all kind of degrading tools and added this information to the guide. After some time I showed the Guide to a friend who offered to create a website for it. Since that time the GAGE has grown enormously; instead of just sticking to the compatibility information I have added publisher information, cheats, docs, walktroughs and screenshots to all games…

  GameOver Game Reviews (Amiga Anywhere)
Author: Fwiffo   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 1778
The name Amiga in this day and age probably has less of a hold on youthful gamers than it had back in the days of Atari. Back then, Amiga represented one of the elite platforms for gaming. That is, until people figured out the PC could do a little more than crunching numbers and replacing the typewriter. Even then, the Amiga was always known for its artistic prowess both in the audio and visual departments. Vis-à-vis the use and composition of soundtracks, the Amiga had a je ne sais quoi that many people, including me, found appealing.

We do not host the ACTUAL application, we allow the developer to point to a location where the application resides -html links- If you cannot find your Application, feel free to sign-up for an account and post it. We are working on finishing up Aminet, so if your application is on Aminet, it will soon be on GetBoinged.

  GFX-BASE
Author: Richard Kapp   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 575
Do you have a gfx-card but just don't have a clue which games, scene-demos or WB-Gags support it? Or do you hate it that the latest download only works with PAL/NTSC resolutions and don't want to switch to your scandoubler? Do you want games that make use of high resolutions and tons of colours but can't find them? Well - now there's a solution. Just have a look at the GFX-BASE. It is a collection of all Amiga games, scene-demos and WB-Gags that support GFX-cards including description of the genre, website and - if available - a download link aswell! Thanx to lots of contributors, the list is growing every week.

  Gloom Reforged
  Author:   Verified: Aug 05, 2026   id: 2335
GLOOM - the Amiga FPS classic by Black Magic, but kinda 'Reforged' for AmigaOS. AGA only and PiStorm32 recommended! This project aims to build an enhanced Amiga version of Gloom, based on the original, unmodified source code {...} The goal is not to turn Gloom into a completely different engine, but to modernize and improve it where it makes sense on real Amiga hardware, while preserving the look, feel, speed, atmosphere, and gameplay identity of the classic release.

  GoFetch!
Author: Ian Chapman   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 1497
Go Fetch! is a specialised FTP and HTTP client for the Amiga, which is designed to download a queue of files in the background. So why use Go Fetch! over other FTP clients? Go Fetch! uses Fire & Forget technology, unlike other FTP clients. It can be used to automatically retrieve files from hundreds of servers with little or no user interaction. What's more it can automatically resume files, once you go online, and continue to download them, whilst you get on with other tasks. This makes it very easy to retrieve files over a long period, by going online, when you need to instead of waiting hours for your download to finish. Go Fetch! also supports the HTTP protocol which means no separate program is required for HTTP downloads

Grand Theft Auto on Amiga 1200? AmiGTA1 beta makes it real
  Author:   Verified: Sep 01, 2026   id: 6001
AmiGTA1 has reached its first beta release, giving Amiga users an early playable version of a native AmigaOS 68k implementation of the original Grand Theft Auto. The beta is still some distance from recreating the complete 1997 game, but the new build provides a functioning foundation with city rendering, vehicles, traffic, collision handling and support for both AGA and RTG graphics.
