{Polish & on Aminet} A {windows} program for checking images of Kickstart memory (ROM), which is located in every Amiga computer. It allows you to easily verify the correctness of the Kickstart and detect possible errors, before uploading the image to the memory chip (EPROM, EEPROM, FLASH) and mounting it in the Amiga. It supports 69 basic versions of Kickstart (support for new versions can be easily added) and your own 1 MB Kickstarts created with the Remus package. It was written in C using the free "Open Watcom 1.9" environment. Runs on Windows 95 or later (requires 386 or better processor).

  AmiKit 12 released!
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 4197
This weekend sees the release of AmiKit 12 from Amikit, which is a subscription-based Amiga emulation package for Windows, MacOS, Linux and Raspberry Pi. AmiKit 12 gives you a fully functional legally distributed Amiga system out of the box with all the bells and whistles that would take you many years to customise the standard Workbench 3.1/3.2 installation to achieve by yourself. All you need to supply is the copyrighted AmigaOS files from a legal source like Amiga Forever or Hyperion's AmigaOS 3.2. Let's take a closer look!

Did you know that, as of 2015/06/02, there are more than 20,000 packages in the mods directory on Aminet? Yes! That's more than 20,000 modules to play and enjoy! There are also thousands of modules on AMP, Haxor.fi, Modland, Modules.pl . So, why not have a program that could automatically download one module at-a-time, extract it, and play it using your favorite player? This is the purpose of AmiModRadio! It can download, unarchive, and send modules to your favorite players: AmigaAMP, DeliTracker, EaglePlayer, HippoPlayer, MultiPlayer, or TuneNet (see this comparison).

A Hollywood app designed for AmigaOS4 owners, this is AmiPad. Basically I realized that a lot of these so called apps on these tablets devices are just web site powered apps with fancy icons, so that started me think what useful HMTL5 apps and web site could i find that work on Amiga web browsers, so here it is.

AMIpower is the most advanced power supply on the market for the Amiga 500, 600 and 1200 computers. {...} Unlike any other power supply on the market, AMIpower shows you the voltages being supplied on all rails, including positive 5 volts, positive 12 volts and negative 12 volts. That's right, your Amiga requires three different voltages for proper operation. Perhaps even more importantly, AMIpower provides a real time display of the 5 volt current being used - accurate to 0.1 amps.

  AmiSSL
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 3381
AmiSSL is the AmigaOS/MorphOS/AROS port of OpenSSL. It wraps the full functionality of OpenSSL into a full-fledged Amiga shared library that makes it possible for Amiga applications to use the full OpenSSL API through a standard Amiga shared library interface (e.g. web browsers wanting to support HTTPS, etc.)...   AmiSSL OpenSSL Cryptography and SSL/TSL Toolkit for Amiga
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 5125
AmiSSL is a port of OpenSSL for AmigaOS. It is a shared library that allows developers to easily add SSL/TLS/HTTPS support to their applications or access cryptographic functions, without having to worry about all the ins and outs of porting OpenSSL, whilst also reducing bloat because all applications can share the same AmiSSL library. Starting with AmiSSL v5, OpenSSL 3.x even provides a built-in basic HTTP(S) client which makes it even easier for developers to read resources from the web without needing to worry about networking code.

  AmiTCP
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 5734
In 1993, a group of students from the Helsinki University of Technology, caused great excitement in the Amiga Internet community by announcing a free implementation of TCP/IP for the Amiga which they had built as a part of a software engineering course. Until then, the only available Amiga implementation of the Internet protocol suite was Commodore's somewhat incomplete and costly AS225 software.

  AmiTCP 3.0b2 Installation Guide
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 4330
This is an installation guide for AmiTCP 3.0b2 which can downloaded from funet or directly from here. Because the installation script for AmiTCP 3.0b2 is a bit buggy and requires a bit of manual work, we decided to make this guide. We have tried to make each step in this guide as clear as possible so there is a lot of pictures, but don't be afraid, most of the steps will be passed in a matter of seconds.
