  AmiBootEnv
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 5181
The goal of AmiBootEnv is to turn a PC into an Amiga, as simply and completely as practicable. {...} AmiBootEnv's goal differs in that it is mainly focussed on providing a base (emulated) system on which to install and run your virtual Amiga(s). Consider it more as the machine itself, not the software. AmiBootEnv was inspired by the rEFInd boot manager, Rob Smith's amazing FloppyBridge and my own obsession with putting an Amiga on everything.

(German) Homepage for Amicygnix. Welcome to AmiCygnix!: AmiCygnix is a unix environment for AmigaOS 4. It is not an emulation, all programs are native binaries. AmiCygnix offers only some things like the typical unix path tree and a Unix like data structure.

  AmiDeb
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 4162
AmiDeb is a bare Linux install with just enough to run FS-UAE. It is NOT Amilator, but is based on the idea’s of Amilator. At the end of the installation of AmiDeb you have a real Debian Linux system, with the benefit of being able to update and customize the system. (Unlike Amilator). Ruining a Text based front end, FS-UAE is then launched for your Amiga experience.

  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 5776
Amidev is just my attempt to build my amiga dev env with libs, where I will be adding more libraries and tests, more specifically to SDL. It´s based on the great work on BartmanAbyss/vscode-amiga-debug that defined a fully integrated amiga dev ide for vscode, and jyoberle fork with libs that integrated complete GCC with SDK libs support

  Amiexpress BBS
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 4666
Welcome. The old amiexpress.co.uk site disappeared because the domain name expired. I am not sure if the original owner lost interest or forgot, but at the same time I was renewing my own in retro computing. Out of love for the great BBS and the old scene days, I started the task of building a website in support of the old bbs. This is a labor of love and in hopes of bring back some old-schoolers and sparking interest in the new generation. A big thank you to the original creator, developers , sysops and door programmers of Amiexpress. AmiExpress was originally written by Michael Thomas of Synthetic Technologies and later sold to Joseph Hodge of Lightspeed Technologies.

  AmiFox
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 4344
The main goal of the AmiFox browser for Classic Amiga will give its users a way of browsing the web. Web browsers such as iBrowse, Aweb, and NetSurf demand lots of horsepower. Especially NetSurf which does have CSS support. The AmiFox browser for the Classic Amiga aims at eliminating most of the horsepower needed to surf the web by using a server with much more power that can send the webpages you want to visit on any Classic Amiga with 68020 or higher. This means that you can view webpages such as www.cnn.com on your Classic Amiga. AmiFox is a web browser that depends on a server that can push webpages to it in a way that Classic Amiga can view them. In the video above you can see that the project is in its very first alpha version phase. More info to come about AmiFox will be revealed as the progress goes on.

  Amiga First personal computer to be used for digital video creation. {archived}
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 4437
The Amiga is a family of personal computers introduced by Commodore in 1985. The original model was part of a wave of 16- and 32-bit computers that featured 256 KB or more of RAM, mouse-based GUIs, and significantly improved graphics and audio over 8-bit systems. This wave included the Atari ST—released the same year—Apple's Macintosh, and later the Apple IIGS. Based on the Motorola 68000 microprocessor, the Amiga differed from its contemporaries through the inclusion of custom hardware to accelerate graphics and sound, including sprites and a blitter, and a pre-emptive multitasking operating system called AmigaOS.

Amiga "Pregnant" Mouse (Two & Three Button Variants)
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 4701
This design is the two and three button versions of the Amiga "pregnant" mouse. I didn't model the cord, but did do the plug. I made it only from pictures I found online, which required a lot of guesswork, so I'd be most grateful if someone who owns one would be willing to give me some measurements. I may eventually 3D print one and put some modern mouse guts into it (have to think about how a mouse wheel would best be integrated...).

Portabl E's r6 release allows (64-bit x86) Linux users to cross-compile Amiga & Windows executables using the PEGCC program. But for that to work you will need to have installed the relevant cross-compilers.
