Amazing Classic Amiga Project: cheap 68040->68060 adapters
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 4301
While I’d planned to do a 3 part blog series about the FPGA projects that users have or are making, I thought I’d go ahead and make this post about one amazing project I just learned about today: 68040->68060 socket adapters. I’ve found out about 2 related projects, probably derived from the same set of research, to turn 68040 accelerators into 68060 accelerators. The first I found out about was for the WarpEngine 68040 accelerator. The other was for the far more common Commodore A3640.

  Ami Cheats - Main
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 5498
This site contains cheats, level codes, solves, etc, for Amiga Classic computer games. While some of the games herein are also available for other systems (MS-DOS, Windoze, Mac, etc.) the cheats for those versions may be different than the ones listed here. This site is the result of a collection i started in 1986. A lot of the cheats are old and i don't remember where i got them. My main sources have been magazines, local BBS's, working them out myself, newsgroups, fido net, and more recently contributors. To find out more about the author of this site goto www.trep4.com.

  Ami Sampler
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 4991
VSTi 8-bit Sampler inspired by the sound of the famous Commodore Amiga for Windows/MacOS/Linux using VST3/AU/LV2. The Ami Sampler brings that feel and that sound into the modern world of Digital Audio Workstations. Obviously heavily inspired by the Amiga, as well as Protracker and Fasttracker, it also draws inspiration from last trackers like Triton's Fasttracker II and Milkytracker in addition to some modern sampler VST plugins. While in no way an emulator nor a recreation of the limitations that the late 80s software had, the Ami Sampler strives to take the classic sound of the Amiga but still allow it to stand up with a modern DAW setting.

The AMI Tech-Gazette is an electronic publication designed to bring you an experience similar to the classic local computer user group newsletter, with that personal, not-fully-professional touch, covering the Amiga and its relatives, (OS4, MorphOS, AROS, Apollo, and more!) with the occasional deviation into games, toys, and life in general. Check out the introductory issue(s) to get a feel for it, and if it interests you, consider joining the Patreon to access the back issue catalog, and support the creation of new ones.

  AMI*RGB2VGA
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 3748
AMI*RGB2VGA is a functional replacement / alternative to the 390682-01/03 VGA dongle which came with A4000. This adaptor is also knows as "synch dongle" because it does not process rgb analog signals in any way, passing them unchanged fron the Amiga db23 video port to the vga monitor input. A zillion of similar solutions exist, being the circuit trivially simple; what it makes AMI*RGB2VGA different from others is the capability of hosting up to four different buffer chips, each one of them behaving in a subtle different manner towards the final video render appearance on modern lcd monitors. Users can populate the board with any of the chips, activate the one which offers the best video quality according their personal taste, and change it at any time with great ease.

Amiberry Amiga emulator for ARM boards
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 4838
Amiberry is an optimized Amiga emulator, for ARM32, ARM64, x86_64 (macOS and Linux) and RISC-V platforms. The core emulation comes from WinUAE, and the main GUI is designed to look similar to that. However, not all WinUAE features are implemented, as Amiberry tries to achieve a balance between good performance on low-powered hardware and emulation accuracy. It includes JIT support, to get high-performance results on CPU-intensive emulated environments, like desktop applications. On top of that, there are some unique features developed specifically for Amiberry, such as the WHDLoad booter, support for RetroArch controller mapping, and several more.

  AmiBlitz3 (german)
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 3437
{Homepage for AmiBlitz3} AMIBLITZ3 is a free development environment for AmigaOS3.x and compatible. To explain what AMIBLITZ3 is all about, you have to start with BlitzBasic. BlitzBasic, later BlitzBasic2, is an extensive and somewhat idiosyncratic basic dialect originally developed by Acidsoft and Red When Excited (RWE) for the Amiga. Despite the popularity it achieved in the 90s, after the Commodore bankruptcy and the subsequent decline of the Amiga market, Acidsoft was forced to stop developing BlitzBacic2 on the Amiga and devote itself exclusively to a version for Windows PCs.
