AmiSSL OpenSSL Cryptography and SSL/TSL Toolkit for Amiga
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 5125
AmiSSL is a port of OpenSSL for AmigaOS. It is a shared library that allows developers to easily add SSL/TLS/HTTPS support to their applications or access cryptographic functions, without having to worry about all the ins and outs of porting OpenSSL, whilst also reducing bloat because all applications can share the same AmiSSL library. Starting with AmiSSL v5, OpenSSL 3.x even provides a built-in basic HTTP(S) client which makes it even easier for developers to read resources from the web without needing to worry about networking code.

  Amithlon Info/Patches/Kernel Source
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 4995
As a former Amiga user, having owned the A1000, A2000, A3000 and A4000 with a multitude of hardware add-ons, I was very late to discover Amithlon, an Amiga emulation that uses standard x86 hardware to run the Amiga OS, Amiga OS 3.9 in fact. Once discovering this awesome software, I've spent hours on the net searching for more information and how to get the best out of it. Lots of dead-end links as well as some very useful tips helped me get Amithlon running on a number of old computers I had with varying pieces of hardware. I'm hoping to make available as much information and resources as possible, though Amithlon itself can not be provided.

AMOS Pro BSD Socket Extension 1.1.4 Released
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 4980
Version 1.1.4 of the AMOS Pro BSD Socket extension is out, and it’s a big one. Thanks to both an anonymous contributor and some improved M68K assembler debugging techniques, this version has multiple crash bugs fixed, as well as an issue that prevented the extension from working well on non-emulated Amigas. Upgrading is highly recommended!

An Essential Guide to Commodore Computer Models
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 4883
If you were a child of the 1970s or 1980s you probably have fond memories of the early days of the “home computer” industry. Apple, Atari, TI, and several other companies all made their mark but none of them have a legacy quite like Commodore. Most people alive in that era remember the Commodore 64. After all, it’s still the best selling single computer model of all time. But there’s a long list of other Commodore computer models as well. Let’s take a trip down memory lane and see what else they did.

The Kaleidoscopic Magical Motion Machine. When first seeing an Amiga 500 computer, it wasn't the games but a copy of the painting program Deluxe Paint II that really got me hooked. Since then, computers and visual art have forever been linked in my mind.

...The sale success again underscores Andy Warhol’s stature as the reigning king of Pop Art, now in both physical and digital-native art forms. Originally created in 1985, Andy Warhol’s ‘Amiga’ drawings were meticulously restored from obsolete floppy disks in 2014. For the Christie’s sale, The Andy Warhol Foundation exclusively minted five unique NFTs that point to restored and preserved files from the 2014 project.

This guide will obviously grow over time and do so at my own pace. I find that building and maintaining a resource like this is very helpful for myself and sharing it without warranty for others to use at their own risk.

ApolloExplorer is a file sharing utitlity for getting files to and from your Amiga from the comfort of you PC. It is very simple but very fast. Probably the fastest network transfer software you can find for your amiga. A server software runs in the background on your Amiga and allows a client running on a PC running Windows, Linux or MacOS to connect to the Amiga and browse the local disks.

  ASMotor
  Author:   Verified: Nov 30, -0001   id: 4699
ASMotor is a portable and generic assembler engine and development system written in ANSI C99 and licensed under the GNU Public License v3. The package consists of the assembler, the librarian and the linker. It can be used as either a cross or native development system. The assembler can output ASMotor's own object format, Amiga hunk format (link and executable) and ELF. The assembler should slot right in to another toolchain without any trouble, if that is preferred.
